3DSUG Vendor Fair Exhibition Information

On behalf of the 3DS Users Group, we would like to extend an invitation to exhibit at the 2010 3DS Users Conference Vendor Fair Exposition. This year’s conference will be held at the Hilton Buffalo Thunder in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Exhibit Space = One 8’x10’ Space w/ Skirted Table – registration fee $600 per space (not per person) before . One name must be attached to the table spaces. (Registration Fee after - $750.00 per space). No refunds after .

• Attendance to our daily networking lunches - $35 per day / person
• Attendance to our Tuesday night Awards Banquet - $125 per person

This year's Vendor Fair will again span two evenings: Sunday April 25, from 5-10 pm and Monday April 26, from 6-10 pm. The Vendor Fair and Exhibition is a unique opportunity for industry-specific vendors to display their products and services to a very focused market segment. Conference attendees with experience using SLS and/or SLA systems represent the innovators and decision-makers for the field of Rapid Prototyping. The Vendor Fair and Exposition is a “must be there” event you will not want to pass up.

Exhibition space rental for the 2-evening event is $600 per space if registered before February 21, 2010. Each space consists of an 8-foot by 10-foot floor space and a single 6-foot display table with skirting. Standard 110-volt electrical power is available upon request. Other electrical supplies can be arranged at extra cost through the hotel. Vendor registration is online at www.3dsug.org

The exhibition on Sunday evening will be in conjunction with the Conference Welcome reception. Monday evening, the Exposition will be in conjunction with the SLS and SLA Parts Fair and Technical Awards Competition. Food and beverages will be included at each of these events for vendors as well as conference attendees and guests. Vendors and Exhibitors who are not registered conference attendees may also purchase admission to daily lunches and the Tuesday evening Awards Banquet at an additional charge online or through Guy Bourdeau at treasurer@3dsug.org.
